Sometimes I can feel when I have an irregular heart beat. Can you ever feel an irregular heart beat? Those monitors are not always accurate. i would go by more how you feel. If it really concerns you, see a doctor.Omron are excellent blood pressure machines but these machines have there are limitations and the best readings are done manually. Depending upon the sensitivity of the machine the slightest movement will affect your reading as does talking and not having your feet flat on the floor.

Typically I wouldn't get anxious about this type of reading. I assume you have high blood pressure and that is why you use the monitor have your physician check for any irregularities should the problem persist.
