Use Pink Himalayan Salt Instead of Regular Salt
China Brooks discusses pink Himalayan salt which is a much healthier option than regular, processed table salt. Table salt usually has additives. It also has the most nutrients removed in order to make it white in color and finer (fit through the strainer easily). The salt I recommend is a pure form which comes from the ocean and still retains minerals and nutrients. You really should try them both and taste/feel the difference for yourself. It tastes amazing!
