Where can I find fitted sheets deep enough to fit to also cover a 3 inch mattress topper?

We found some at Linen's and Things, but I am sure there are lots of places.Just about anywhere you shop now has deep pocket sheets. (up to 14") Just make sure that it says Deep pocket before you purchase. It's actually more of the norm.

Prevent H1N1 Get Fit & Healthy

How to Get Fit and Healthy, Prevent Illnesses, Including the H1N1 Viral Infection.
1. Optimize your vitamin D levels. This is one of the best strategies for avoiding all infections and a whole host of illnesses from heart attacks to cancers. This is the least expensive action you can take. Also have your Vitamin D level checked and make sure that the level is between 50-70 ng/ml. Some suggest increasing the daily dose to treat an acute infection.
2. Get Enough Sleep. Most people do well with eight hours. 6 hours is enough if one is meditating or relaxing on a daily basis.
3. Avoid sugar, junk and processed foods. Sugar, particularly white sugar and junk foods depressed the function of your immune system.
4. Relax, De-Stress with Breathing Practices and Meditation.
5. Wash Your Hands. Often, every time you go to the restroom, every time you sneeze or cough, prior to preparing and prior to each meal. It is important not to rub your eyes with unclean hands. This will decrease your chance of spreading infection or getting infected.
6. Protected Cough and Sneeze. Cough into a tissue and wash your hands after throwing the tissue away - Best Practice to prevent spread of infection. Ensure that everyone in your environment do the same. If no tissue, cough, into your hand and wash it as soon as possible.
7. Increase Your Physical Activity. This will increase your circulation and empowers your immune system to protect you from all infections, protects your heart, increases happiness with increasing endorphins' releases, increase your metabolic rate, etc..
8. Take Vitamin B12 if you are a vegetarian. Take Omega 3, a multivitamin, Immunocal daily. Immunocal is a cysteine-rich undenatured whey protein isolate. This report was the result of a double blinded study; participants were randomly selected to receive Immunocal versus casein.
Immunocal provides 2.5 % of cysteine whereas casein contains 0.3 % cysteine. Immunocal increases intracellular glutathione, the naturally synthesized master anti-oxidant in our systems. Cysteine is the precursor of glutathione.
Muscular performance was assessed by whole leg isokinetic cycle testing, measuring peak power and 30-s work capacity. Both peak power and 30-s work capacity increased significantly in the Immunocal group, with no change in the placebo group. Lymphocyte glutathione also increased significantly in the Immunocal group, with no change in the placebo group.
Reports document that the H1N1 infections maybe worst in the younger populations with strong immune systems. Immunotec scientists have upgraded Immunocal in the creation of Immunocal Platinum by adding two molecules.
The first is the Cytokine Modulating Protein or CMP, which works with the body to repair damaged cells. CMP also increases Lactoferrin which inhibits the growth of diseases causing microorganisms and assist the body in managing normal cell growth. 9. Lose Weigh if you are overweight or obese. Obesity is associated with increasing infection and cancer rates.
