What kind of exercise do i need to do and how much of it?

Hire a personal trainer who can help you target specific areas that annoy you the most.The answer is simple really, although in practice it's a lot of work. You need to do cardio for at least 45 minutes 3-4 days a week (the more the better) and elevate your heart rate to your target range (please check with your doctor or someone at Bally's for advice). In addition to cardio weight training 2-3 times a week is also a great way to increase your metabolism and keep burning calories. Remember the key to weight loss is burning more calories than you consume and diet is 80% of it.
