how to access the memory values from Omron CP1E model plc through ethernet connection?

the ethernet option is new
maybe the software version you have does not cater for it.
the manual is not much help it still says to use the usb not the ethernet.By looking at this page:

It shows a USB connection to connect to your computer.
Further down on the page it shows the either net connection. it shows going thru a industrial switching hub.
If you want to connect directly to the plc, you have to have a crossover cable, or run the either net cable thru a router. A direct cable will not communicate properly, with out being a crossover cable.

When I have to connect to a plc, I will always open the cmd on the computer and ping the plc to verify the connection, before trying communicating with it.
