Diamond Motors Ridgecrest CA - Bad Experience with Service?

Their all like that .After ya buy the bloomen car they haven`t got time for you.Thats warranty service for you.Go in their and be nice and maybe they will put you ahead of every one else.NO, I live in Orange County, but you know, I think dealers everywhere are hurting and trying to make money however they can.
I took MY car to a well known dealer and asked for the 15K service. When I got the bill, they added some kind of brake service not specified under "15K service" in the book, (at a cost of $ 79.
When questioned, the service guy said "oh, we recommend this at 15K"
I said "I'm paying for what the BOOK says my car needs, NOT what YOU think it needs" and they removed the charge.POOR SERVICE!!! How about NO service! My sister bought a BRAND NEW Dodge Charger from them that SERIOUSLY BROKE DOWN - 200 MILES away from home one and a half weeks after purchase!!! When they called Diamond Motors to let them know they needed a rental car, the GM told them they wouldn't get them a rental!!! Not only is this the THIRD car my sister has bought and paid off there -but their BRAND NEW CAR broke down before it had 1,000 miles on it and the dealership gave them the bird!K & M....so sorry to hear your brand new $ 27000 Dodge recently purchased from Diamond Motors had a breakdown 200 miles from home. That had to be a shocker!!!
It was probably more of a shocker that Diamond gave you a flat NO on a rental, especially since you are a repeat customer....So much for taking care of the customer.
I suppose the message to customers looking to buy a car at Diamond - BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!
